Quality Policy

Strategic Connections Group (SCG) will consistently supply to our customers only those services which meet or exceed their needs and specifications while conforming to statutory and regulatory requirements.

SCG cultivates consistent and cohesive service provision by communicating quality requirements and customer needs throughout the business and project teams and by fostering a team environment. SCG supports service quality through maintenance of a diverse and capable team and by continuously assessing skills gaps and sharing knowledge.

Furthermore, SCG actively pursues improvement of its quality management system through the setting of quality objectives, through identifying measurable outcomes, and through action to achieve those outcomes. This continual improvement is maintained through regular review of the QMS, of staff and customer requirements, of services and skills requirements, and of the quality policy and objectives.
