    We are closely affiliated with Suppliers
    Tramobus Australia and Tramobus France for OEM and non-OEM parts for rolling stock, busses and other public transportation.

    re-use. Working with clients such as Integrated Recycling. This has embraced plastics in infrastructure, re-engineering industrial processes, facility re-development and improving rolling stock integrity through parts design and sourcing.

    Advice and support regarding local content, stakeholder engagement and communications. Current and former clients include Alstom, Keolis Downer Rail and the Department of Transport (Victoria).

Reverse Engineering

SCG has embraced CATIA 3DE tools from Dassault Systèmes as our collaborative design platform. Along with continuous investment in people, training, software & hardware, we have developed our own Engineering Development Plan focused on maintaining reliability of Rolling Stock and Industry assets, addressing obsolescence and replacement of now redundant or unreliable parts.

Our Engineering approach, Compliance and Change documentation underpins our efforts. This has led to further bolstering our design capabilities through digital scanning and careful interface definition.

Our clients come to us with a requirement for Reverse Engineering, rebuilding lost detail, improving and strengthening designs for extended lifecycles in the harshest of environments. Our in-house design team is supported by our collective experience and network of capable partners and associates.
